Currently president and chief executive officer of WorkQuest, Weber began his career with WorkQuest in 1984 as region manager. For more than 25 years, he has overseen the company’s governmental affairs, public relations and accounting responsibilities.
With his success in maintaining the State Use Program in Texas, Weber has helped other state governments apply the Texas model in order to increase employment and wages, and ultimately enhance the lives of Texans with disabilities.
Weber continues to expand WorkQuest's community presence through his own personal volunteer and civic participation. He is past president of the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo, a nonprofit organization that awards scholarships including more than $600,000 to Texas State students. He also serves on the Texas 4-H Youth Development Board of Trustees.
He graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance.
